Interactive Business Solutions International (IBSI) has two divisions, Imperial Global and Imperial Lighting. Imperial Global focuses on hospitality goods, while Imperial Lighting focuses on Lighting.

Mr. Peter Modir is the head of IBSI, and a professor at York for over 20 years, teaching Strategic Management, Introduction to Business, Organizational Behaviour, Management Simulation and Practise. He has 7 years of International banking experience, and sat on the board of directors of public companies. With his guidance, he has channelled companies from infancy to public corporations.

 

Mr. Modir began IBSI in 1990, as a consulting and holding company. In 2000, he began Imperial Lighting which designs custom home lighting, and continued expansion to the condominium and hotel business, which gave birth to Imperial Global. Imperial Global today produces and sells all goods for hotels, including vanities, lighting, furniture, sheets, towels, mirrors, artwork and decor, etc.
